The Projecto mobile client serves as an effective tool for project management, task delegation, and event planning. It offers functionality comparable to its web counterpart, available as a native application for both iOS and iPadOS.

Key features include:

• INBOX
  The Inbox consolidates all notifications that require your attention, along with corporate announcements. A principal function of Projecto is to address urgent notifications promptly, maintaining an empty inbox. The dedicated Apple Watch app facilitates managing these notifications directly from your wrist.
• TASKS
  This section contains all tasks you are involved in, categorized into six tabs: All, Created by you, Assigned to you, Controlled by you, Observed by you, and Overdue tasks. Each task can be subdivided into subtasks, forming a multi-level delegation structure where each assignee is responsible for specific parts of the task by designated due dates.
• PROJECTS
  This feature assists in organizing the project framework with folders for each project. Users can access detailed summaries, milestones, participant lists, tasks, events, notes, and associated files. Projecto also supports essential project management functionalities such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards.
• PEOPLE
  This component acts as a corporate address book, offering both list and organizational structure views. Users can initiate calls or emails directly from profiles. The "Departments" tab provides a visual representation of the company's organizational structure.
• CALENDAR
  The mobile app enhances calendar functionalities by allowing users to activate specific calendars, manage events with drag-and-drop features, create new events via long tap gestures, and view work hours across daily, weekly, or monthly formats. It accommodates time zone differences and facilitates planning for business trips and events.
• DOCUMENTS
  Projecto enables users to import files from external applications or capture photos and videos directly within the app. It supports audio and text notes as well. These documents can be organized into corporate files categorized by type and group, complete with flexible registration cards. The approval process for corporate documents is also integrated into management queues.
• SEARCH
  A comprehensive search tool allows users to explore all their information simultaneously while customizing outputs in real-time. It includes a history of recent searches and favorites such as items, places, and tags.
